Hello, my name is Nicole Stokes.  I am a native of Huntsville.  I received my undergraduate degree from Oakwood University in 2005.  I went on to Chattanooga, TN to complete my graduate degree and begin my teaching career.  I have been an educator for over 10 years, I have had the privilege to teach in both the private and public school sectors in the states of Tennessee and Alabama.  I have had the opportunity to help found a charter school and develop my leadership skills.  I have also worked as a director of an early learning facility and Instructional Coach.  My philosophy of education is that all scholars possess the ability to learn and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.  It is my goal and desire to create this type of atmosphere where scholars can meet their full potential.
