D.    How old does my scholar need to be to attend? The CDCA welcomes scholar’s age 2 ½ and potty trained to 5th grade. 
E.    Do you accept CMA? The JRSCDCA does accept CMA from qualified recipients for tuition and aftercare fee’s.
F.    What does my child need for the first day? Check our class list under the FORMS tab.

1.    Fill in the Registration form
2.    Send completed registration form to JRSCDCA@FMBC.ORG
3.    Wait for an invoice via email. 
4.    Pay fee’s online.
5.    Submit required documentation Birth Certificate, Immunizations, etc.
